Welcome to Exceed Advanced Computer Training Center. By using our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Enrollment and Registration

• Eligibility: All students must meet the prerequisites for their chosen course. Exceed Training Center reserves the right to assess student eligibility.
• Registration: Students must complete the official registration process and provide accurate personal information.
• Age Requirement: Students under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enroll.

Payments and Fees

• Tuition Fees: All tuition fees must be paid in full before the start of the course or according to the agreed payment plan.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile money payments.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and training sessions.
• Group Discounts: Discounts for group enrollments (friends and family) are available and will be applied at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
• No Refund After Start: No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced.
• Course Cancellation: Exceed Training Center reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, students will receive a full refund.

Student Responsibilities

• Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete assigned coursework.
• Behavior: Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.
• Academic Integrity:All work submitted must be the student's own. Plagiarism or cheating will result in disciplinary action.
• Equipment: Students are responsible for their own laptop or computer equipment unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

• Course Materials: All course materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Exceed Training Center.
• No Distribution: Students may not distribute, reproduce, or share course materials without explicit written permission.
• Student Work: Students retain ownership of their own project work created during the course.

Certification

• Completion: Students must complete all course requirements and pass the final assessment to receive a certificate.
• Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course. Digital and physical copies may be provided.
• Verification: Employers and institutions can verify certificate authenticity by contacting Exceed Training Center.

Limitation of Liability

Exceed Advanced Computer Training Center provides educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality training, we make no warranties regarding:

• Job Placement: Course completion does not guarantee employment.
• Technical Issues: We are not liable for technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Abeba, Ethiopia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued enrollment indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
